Kendo, or "Way of The Sword", is a Japanese martial art based on traditional swordsmanship using protective armor and bamboo swords (shinai).

IAIDO

Iaido or “The Art of Drawing the Sword” is a modern Japanese martial art in which practitioners learn the forms of Japanese swordsmanship using a wooden or blunt-edged metal sword.

JODO

Jodo is an art in which a practitioner wields a 128cm long and 2.4cm diameter jo (staff). More than just for attacking, the jo is used to control the opponent in response to their movements.
